The conference will take place at Bella Sky Comwell, Copenhagen 23rd-24th of April and a plant visit on the 25th of April. During the 23rd-24th of April an exhibition will be arranged directly adjacent to the conference.
The delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation.

The fee for participants includes:
- access to all sessions and exhibition
- a copy of the proceedings
- lunches and coffee/tea during the conference
- conference dinner on the 23rd of April
- plant visit on the 25th of April
